When I tried to log into my Schwab account, it required I phone them.

I expected that would happen cuz of the fraud investigation I requested. They asked if I had virus/malware protection. I of course do and they told me to run it even though it indicated I was clean. We hung up and I ran it. A full scan and offline/restart of my pc takes over an hour. It all came back clean. I called them back and they now said it's time to change your login and password. I did.
Still no answer as to this conversation I never had with them but at least my security was reset, and a verbal password is required any time I have to call them as an extra layer of security. One worry just hit the trash can.
