Cleaning the house to a little Reggae. It's another nice day here - hope to spend some time in the sun later, and I'm thawing a Cod filet for dinner. 'Gonna be a very good day. 🌴🏖☀️

LOL It's fresh, too, or fresh frozen. I bought it from a seafood market on my trip to J'ville last month. I have one filet left.

Ya know what I would do with that lemon wedge?
I would squeeze it on the cole slaw on the side.

Tartar sauce does that for me

And you'd be spot on. I watch the Food Network on Sunday mornings and sometimes during week days. The Pro Chef's are big on using lemon to freshen/liven up vegetable and salad dishes.
