Center Cut Bacon. I've never made it before.

I peppered it.

Topped it with leftover fried chicken and chopped Italian olives.

I'd go in for that for tailgating - no question.

Takes a lot to get me down but I've been walloped with a bad sinus headache behind my eyes that I can't get rid of. Been mostly in bed all day so, just so you know, I won't be on board for the game tonight. I will be checking here for your score details and the final results, though, so please do keep 'em coming. I'm hoping with all hope for a positive good ending for Vegas.
