It's not as hot as yesterday

Yet I quit after 105 minutes.
I still got my fair share of Vitamin D, UVA, UVB and UVC.
I don't wear sunglasses to stimulate my eyes.
My vision is getting slightly better.

I wear clear safety glasses when I mow and sunglasses when I drive on the highway.

3 years ago I would be wearing glasses typing and reading this.... now I don't

3 years ago I would wear my scrip sunglasses while driving.... now I don't. It's blurry when I put the on. My DL says I have to wear them, so I keep them handy.

I read a medical journal 3 years ago about stimulating your eyes and it said get out in the sun with no sunglasses. It's working for me.
