2 corn enchiladas made with yesterday's leftovers with melted cheddar on top, Spanish rice with green onions.

I will be grilling the exact same thing tomorrow; except I have a potato plan. The second chop is still marinating in the teriyaki sauce, I have two cobs left, I have two uncooked shrooms left and I will use my biggest garden potato.

No leftovers... brand new cooking.

Be a good day to bring out my Tomahawk ribeye but I won't. I'll probably be eating these enchilada's again.
