Np pics? Had to look it up. Sounds great. A meat thermometer is the only way to go. Mine is a old school Taylor that I've had, for like...forever.

That was my first picanah. That was a tender piece of meat and that fat cap is to die for.I cooked it on a pellet grill and didn't want to be constantly opening it so I went for the Inkbird Insertable
