Pork chops simmered in a natural gravy with salt, pepper, minced carrot and celery. Mashed potato's with natural gravy, rolls with butter, fresh sliced yellow squash with sliced onion sauteed in bacon fat, steamed longhorn squash, tomato qtrs. with salt and pepper.

especially the mashed potatoes!!!
