Snake River Farms sirloin with button mushrooms, baked potato with butter, salt, pepper, grated cheddar, sour cream and green onions, tomato qtrs. with salt and pepper, fried green tomatoes, fried yellow squash.

That's my wife's favorite too. She fried plenty but I thought I was going to have to fight her for 2 slices.
