Microsoft has no morals these people they laid off gave them their skills and devotion and what did Microsoft do ? You can’t trust capitalist they use you and abuse you then put you in the dumpster.

If the company doesn't need them, why retain them?

...hell, I lost 3 Accounting jobs to improved computer programs. SAP did in the local Accounting jobs. They are now done at the home office.

You pick up and move forward to the next challenge.

PS - the drive to efficiency is relentless. I have heard it since my college days..
