Korean kimchi flavored ramen with baby bok choy and a perfect coddled egg and soy sauce. Keeping it light because of the a/c problem. It WILL be fixed tomorrow permanently.

I cheated in a major way...sloppy joe's, courtesy of Manwich!

I like sloppy joes and Manwich. I usually put a slice of that Kraft plastic cheese on mine.

But because I had a roast beef and cheese wrap at lunch, I skipped adding cheese to the sloppy joe tonight. Today was actually the first day since the "heat dome" that I have had an appetite - mostly have been eating a banana in the morning and nibbling on fruit like grapes and apples for the rest of the day.

Yep, I'm still beetching about the heat
