High of 95 here today and possible showers this afternoon. My condition has back slid. I'll start eating bland food to get my strength back. Maybe another tablespoon of honey. We'll see. Hope your day is great! Stay safe!

I am sorry and worried to hear that you are not improving. There are many bland food choices and I am the last person to give food advice. But hydration is very important!

I am praying that you feel better soon.

Thank you Dara! Prayers are powerful medicine. I took some honey, I'm now feeling better. I also dissolved some in bottled water and drank it to stay hydrated. Now to figure out how much honey is good dosage. You stay safe!

Honey can help with mild cases but it is not the entire cure. A banana might be good to add to your bland food menu.

So I googled and the Pedialyte was a good idea for oral rehydration. Pedialyte is more effective for rehydration than Gatorade but Gatorade is more for energy.

I know you hate the idea but it might be a good time to see a doc???? It has been more than 3 days.

There is an emergency hospital here. I'll go as a last minute decision. I'm going to give the honey and bland food (chicken noodle soup) a chance.
