...attacking the motives or conscience of a juror is beyond the pale. In this case, with the many vocal supporters of the right to kill your children running around out there it could be very dangerous for that juror.

I cannot imagine how this attack on a single jury member can be tolerated.

She already confessed the strangulation killing of each of her three children.

So, as I see the murder count, when Lindsay Clancey sent her husband on errands to give herself time to commit mass murder. That indicated pre-meditation. And the murder of 3 young children in her custody who were due her love was an extreme atrocity. But her murder was not committed during the commission or attempted commission of a [different] crime punishable by death or life imprisonment.

That's 2 out of 3 charging theories satisfied when only one needs to be. Of course I'd hold out for Murder One.

In the retrial they need a closer balance of men to women. In the first trial there were 9 women jurors and just 3 men - a ratio of 3 to 1.
