Homemade hushpuppies.

You just had to make me jealous. I had greasy fried shrimp with fries/hushpuppies...

...yesterday. They nailed the fries and hushpuppies but the shrimp was greasy.

Do you think you might be able to save me some leftovers?

If you're here in time. I'll be having leftovers myself.

Well I won't touch catfish but I am glad you are eating! I have questions about the hot sauce but your wife and daughter probably already asked them 😁

I am jealous that you can even eat anything spicy or with hot sauce. I am hoping one day in the future I will be able to enjoy the spices again.

These come from the deep, cool waters of the Ouachita river, not pond raised. The hot sauce is Louisiana brand, mild. BTW if you haven't noticed Johnny Salt is posting again under a new moniker. Cheap Seat Shaman.

What? Cheap Seat Shaman I think is WD.

I do wish Johnny would post though. Mid terms are right around the corner.

Then their backgrounds are close enough to be twins.

I've just known WD (or at least posted with WD) for nearly thirty years now (with brief sabbatical's in between) 😮 so I am familiar with some of the monikers he will use

Johnny was new to me a couple of years ago - so you would know much better than I if he changed his moniker. When Johnny posted as Smirkster I was only on Salt sporadically and then not at all.
