Light supper of boiled egg sliced in half with salt and pepper, Lays original chips, tuna fish sandwich with sliced Spanish olives, celery, sweet pickle relish, shredded hardboiled egg, shredded Romaine lettuce, all on toast cut corner to corner.

Sounds like a flavorful sandwich - the sweet pickle relish would make that sandwich imo!!!

I haven't eaten yet but there are rumors that a hamburger is on its way home just for me!

I am going to cook a lot tomorrow - as long as the temps stay low. Bought a good looking roast today!

I am completely well. 101 %. Love a good hamburger. A roast sounds good too. The sandwich was something I'd been wanting. I forgot to list mayo. Can't make tuna sandwich without it. It's 89 here now. I may be mowing again tomorrow. I'll be making a stuffed baked potato for supper tomorrow. You stay safe!
