We've got rain coming this afternoon. I've got a huge dead pine to cut up and move this morning laying across the firebreak, no powerlines involved. I'll be doing that as soon as it's light outside. You stay safe!

It is cooler up here - but it is also muggy. There were several tornados to the west of us yesterday but minimal damage. Something to do with the remainder of the Mexico hurricane and tropical storm patterns. The forecast is for storms today. Cutting up a pine is hard work so you be safe as well! Most of all, have a wonderful day!

Thank you!! It's all done and I still have all my fingers and toes, it's was 79, now it's 80. I'll blow the ditch out before it rains. Successful morning! Hope yours go as well! Stay safe!

It rained most of the morning here - now it is overcast and very muggy - setting up for some storms I believe. The morning went well, thank you.

All this mowing and prepping for the big rain and it dissipated before it got here. One positive note is the lovebugs are basically gone.Thank you! It was a good day!

It is raining here like a cow peeing on a flat rock! Some areas are already flooding and we have hours more to go. But, despite the rain, all errands were accomplished so, yes, it was a good day!

Glad it cooled things off for you. We have a slight chance tomorrow afternoon and a greater chance Saturday and Sunday a real gully washer. Time will tell.
