Good morning world! It is a nice cool morning here in NE Texas...

...energy is plentiful, the lawn is mowed... If I gave a damn about the NFL I might watch football. I would much rather watch my grandkids play.

Hiya TEXRA!!! I hope you have a beautiful day with your grandchildren!

Is your local news saying anything about Simon?

If we get 8 inches of rain at one time we will flood flood flood! I only caught the tail end of the forecast from TWC - so now I am looking for other sources. Geez...I've been watching what is happening in Florida and the rest of the southeast - then swiveling to watch what is happening on the west coast...totally missed that Simon was slamming as a Cat 4 into Mexico.

SIMON?? Who is Simon? Do I need to talk to my wife?

...or should I just check the Weather Channel?

Okay, I asked my wife who Simon is and she checked The Weather Channel for me...
