1/2 game hen baked with various spices, mashed baked potato casserole containing cheddar cheese, green onions, sour cream, butter, salt and pepper. Sweet corn on the cob with butter, salt and pepper. Hot roll with butter.

The mashed baked potato casserole and the sweet corn would be my favorite part!

Here it was potato soup and sandwiches. Not very exciting.

The casserole was good and the sweet corn was divine. It's been quite a while since I've had potato soup and a sandwich is always good.
