3 c. sugar
1 1/2 sticks of butter
1 small can of evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) white chocolate chips
1 jar marshmallow cream
3 tsp. orange extract
5 drops of yellow food coloring
3 drops of red food coloring
Bring to a full boil the sugar, butter, and milk.
Cook for 5 minutes. Take off the stove and add morsels and marshmallow cream. Mix well. Take out 1 cup and set aside. To the remaining mixture, add extract and food coloring. Mix well and put in a buttered dish. Add the cup of the reserved mixture to the top of the mixture and swirl in the pan. Cool and cut into small pieces. May be refrigerated.
