2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 sticks of butter
1 (#2) can of crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped pecans
2 eggs
3 or 4 bananas
1 lg. carton dessert topping
1 or 2 c. maraschino cherries, chopped
Make crust by melting 1 stick of butter and mix with cracker crumbs, then pat into a 13"x9"x2" pan. Mix sugar, eggs, and 1 stick of butter for 15 minutes over low heat, and pour on the crust.
Slice bananas and arrange them on this. Top with pineapple, and cover with dessert topping.
Sprinkle nuts and cherries on top. Cover and chill overnight.
