He's only got a few DVD copies left, you can order them on the Radio Kaleidoscope website. He already knew about the upload and is not too bothered about it. There's some background to the making of the documentary there.

It's a new YouTube channel, been up 2 weeks, with 53 pirate radio videos on it. I remember seeing most of them before, some ones deal with pirates from the 90's or later, but worth checking out what's there as some were previously uploaded to YouTube many years ago.
There's a 2008 ITV Yorkshire documentary Is It Worth It mostly on a Leeds FM pirate but covers 60's offshore radio at 13 minutes 50 firstly with Tony Blackburn talking about Caroline and Big L. At 17 minutes there's 3 and a half minutes on Radio 270 with photos together with Wilf Proudfoot being interviewed in his garden about the station which did interest me.
