There was discussion at the time between the Post Office and the CPS as to whether charges would be brought against those individuals taken off the old lady by lifeboat but fortunately whoever had the final say got out of bed on the right side and decided that it would not be in the public interest to do so.
Now here is an anorak question, anybody know what the numbers meant that were given out for the office?
