RAJAR do a similar survey twice a year, MIDAS measuring audio listening in whatever form and the device used.

I did a RAJAR diary in July 2015, ticked the box saying I'd be willing to do similar surveys, you get a £5 Amazon voucher when you complete them, and have been doing a MIDAS survey every year since 2016. I did my latest one just a month ago.
