Ha ha, no, sorry!
It always puzzled me why the late Paul Harris, whom I got to know fairly well and who went on to be come a journalist of note (injured in Kosovo and close to a bombing in Sri Lanka), gave any creedence to the spy-ship stories, including right up to the final edition of When Pirates Ruled The Waves in 2007.
