There was an Irish country song called "Irelands going Western" cant remember who sings it but it mentioned offshore radio (no particular station though)
Some Irish land based stations (Radio Dublin and the Big D) had songs too.
On the legal front Atilla the Stockbroker had a tirade against (BBC) Radio One.
