I forgot to mention, that one of the guests who will hopefully attend the next 648 club at Mr Gs, will be Rob Howard, from the Retro Electro Workshop TV prog.
This will be on the 29th Nov. BTW, Did anyone spot the old Lancaster Transmitter on the latest prog? Many years ago, I converted one of them into a MW TX - I think one or two 813 valves were involved - it was a biggy

Also Alan said he has tried to avoid using the 350ft mast, because though it has strong directional lobes for some, for others it will be a much weaker signal - & as reduced power is having to be used, it's not a very good idea.
