I don't really know what to say.

Guess I will try ! It is not possible to dislike Mike Simmonds but I have learned that the only safe thing to say to him is'no comment'. This is because :

1. Any info I do disclose gets posted on an anorak forum.
2. Anything I may tell him even though it is true is not believed by him if it differs from the impression he has formed.
3. He tries to put words in my mouth as follows :

Him. So I guess that 14KW would be a nice power to have don't you think.
Me. Yes that would be rather good.
Him. Ah so you are asking for 14KW then.
Me. That was not what I said.

As for spreading the message I think we have reached the stage of doing this in house so we can control it. Then if we f--k up we only have ourselves to blame.
There was a chap a while back who took to printing his own leaflets and posting them through letter boxes. He became very annoyed when we asked him not to do this. We did not even know what the leaflets said.

More recently a man wanted to go around wearing a Caroline shirt of his own design and with a megaphone and a collecting bucket to try and extort money for the ship.

So I think that is is now ' thanks but no thanks ' to outside promoters. I would not want to be stopped in the street in this way.

There was a thread about Atlantis at the other place and then it was gone. Did someone wave the ' litigation ' flag once more ?
