Without the pumping stations & drains, the fens & close to where I live in West Suffolk, would be technically under the sea. There was a time way back, when it would have been "Hockwold on sea"
I suppose the huge melt of ice they say is going on, will raise sea levels - we will see....

Viewed in context there are a number of caveats and the map is a worst case scenario. It is a legitimate study, but this is only part of the story and just the 'omg we're all going to die' bit.
