855 does seem to have a very strong mix of of transmitters at night. They seem to be stronger than ever before but maybe that's because I used to get BBC R Norfolk on that channel which partly masked the Spanish stations until it also closed. It makes sense that if a transmitter can go off the air and nobody notices then nobody is going to miss it so it should close and continue on FM and Digital.
Sunshine 855 is certainly a station with an interesting history though, especially for us radio enthusiasts.
