I have just had a conversation with an Arqiva engineer and next week the north team (probably Durris, I forgot to ask) is switching off the transmitters and making the sites secure at: Tarbat Ness (Inverness), Greenside Scalp (Dundee) and Friarton Road (Perth).

it's spanish sahara / algeria and it has been there for donkeys years. can be quite strong in northern europe sometimes...
so not east...
