Long 2012 article in English here including links to recordings. Gives at the end 4 reliable sources for information.

The link to when 4625 plays Swan Lake didn't work. Here's one example.
As Priyom says there are two similar stations The Pip and The Squeaky Wheel in the Southern Military District.

Think I've posted before on Ukranian stations operating on the same frequency following the start of the war, there was one who gave a station identification and played music with an anti war theme. Just found this one posted April 10th 2022.
This is definitely the strongest jamming ever I have received on the frequency of UVB-76 The Buzzer. So strong you could not actually hear The Buzzer.
First you can hear the Ukrainian national anthem, followed by a "Stop the war" message in English. Then a song which is called "Bayraktar" about the successful Turkish drones used by the Ukranian military, some pro-Ukrainian chanting, instructions to Russian & Belarus soldiers on how to surrender, & another song which was made at the beginning of the war with some looped words (maybe an insult?) in between. The same content was playing continuously & repeating for around a couple of hours since I started recording.
Received in UK on 10/04/2022 between 1910 to 1922 hrs UTC with an Elad FDM-S2 & a MLA-30 antenna placed outdoors.
IIRC The Buzzer itself became more active, i.e more messages rather than mostly the channel marker, when the Russian invasion of Ukraine began. Previous Message
This may have been discussed somewhere a long time ago but the "Daily Mail" have resurrected it! Do any of you good folk have any theories? Story here -
