Thanks Ian. I couldn't hear it on a Dutch SDR I tried earlier. The signal was not there before so if as you say the frequency was previously another LPAM station then maybe they moved the transmitter site as well so it's making it over the north sea rather well - better than over land in the Netherlands by the looks of it. Thought it was a low power pirate in the south east of the UK.
