Everyone knows that now but maybe not when this documentary was made. The John Venmore-Rowland book "Radio Caroline", published in 1967 with the full co-operation of the station management, claimed that 'Can't Buy Me Love' was the first song played at noon on Easter Saturday 1964. There was no reason to doubt this until somebody unearthed a recording. I can't remember when that happened but maybe it was after the making of the documentary.
