Thanks for sharing that gem, the "Lady" has eventually got a plug from the Radio Times. This strictly is not the BBC because a company produces the Radio Times for them and profits from it.

Each week Radio Times has a small item called "Face Behind The Voice" and this week it features Rob Proctor. As far as I know this is the first time anyone from Caroline has appeared in this feature.
