This was always the case - Caroline has to raise significant funding themselves to demonstrate how committed and serious they are as part of applying for a grant from the National Lottery for the sorts of sums needed.

It seems, much more cash will be needed from the National Lottery, to achieve the maintenance the Ross Revenge needs.
