Pop up adverts not Free Radio

Does anyone know of an adblocking program that allows you to browse this groups post and replies? I have told the Opera ad blocker to ignore this site, but the number of pop up and other annoying adverts seem to multiply. It is not a virus as Norton would warn me of them.
