Sylvan the stowaway remembers her weekend on Radio Caroline.
As the article says her record We Don't Belong had been banned by the BBC as had Eve of Destruction the same week. There's a link to her song at the end of the article.
As well as the original Morecambe and Wise theme mentioned her other songs included co-writing the lyrics of Delilah for Tom Jones and Love Grows Where Rosemary Goes for the Edison Lighthouse. She is now a Photographer living in Fulham.

The next Meeting of the Radio Caroline Southampton Support Group will be at 1900 on Wednesday 25 June, at the Hamble Club, Beaulieu Road, Hamble-le-Rice, Southampton SO31 4JL.
Guests will include the singer Sylvan Mason (Whittingham) who was stranded on the Mi. Amigo in 1965 after coming out to do an interview, and Andrew Austin, who will be bringing a model of the Radio Veronica ship, Norderney. This model will be auctioned during the evening.
Entrance is through a voluntary donation of £10, which includes a buffet. There will be raffle, and all monies raised after expenses will put towards the Ross Revenge Dry Dock Appeal.
We look forward to seeing everyone.
