Reports elsewhere indicate it is Muzyczne Radio from Jelenia Gora, Poland, being rebroadcast from somewhere in South London.

On 88fm For the last few months I've been hearing what seems to be a dutch language station playing trance and techno ,its not fm lift,skip, a pirate in se maybe? Iam in Orpington ,
Has anyone else heard this station.
