1115 Khz would have been a better frequency for Radio London. They did test it but unfortunately for them Radio 270 beat them to it.

Listening to that ... the thing I hadn't heard before is Philip Birch saying that RCA after doing a survey, recommended to them the frequency they should use. I don't think they did a very good job!
