Roger is taking a few days off Boom Radio.
He's getting a pacemaker fitted.
Peter Quinn posted on Facebook "I’m honoured to keep the piratical flag flying for Roger Twiggy Day whilst he’s away.
See you at 2pm on Boom Radio".
Peter has appeared on many stations - including Radio Caroline in the '80s, Beacon Radio, TFM, Southern FM in Sussex, Smooth Radio and the BBC.
He’s also been heard elsewhere around the world – including on the Voice of Peace, the offshore radio station which broadcast to the Middle East.
