In addition this is from The East Anglian Daily Times:
Radio Caroline is set to broadcast live from its iconic ship, the Ross Revenge, on Christmas Day.
The broadcast will take place from the Blackwater Estuary in Essex and will mark the station’s first offshore Christmas Day transmission since the ship last operated in international waters.
Peter Moore, station manager at Radio Caroline, said: "While most other stations are playing back-to-back recorded shows, we're bringing you real-time Christmas cheer, fantastic music from the 60s to the 90s, with a real offshore vibe from the Blackwater Estuary."
The special Radio Caroline North broadcast will feature a line-up of veteran DJs from the 1970s and 1980s pirate radio scene.
Tommy Rivers, Grant Benson, Kevin Turner, and Peter Philips are all scheduled to appear.
Johnny Lewis will open the day’s programming from land at 7am.
The station will also continue its tradition of relaying the King’s Christmas Message.
The broadcast will be available on 648 AM, DAB+, and online.
