Tony Alan, was the mainstay of the 1970s Sunday joint, I remember him plugging various charities, such as Greenpeace in some of them.
My other memory of that time, was Just Roger Matthews & Stuart Russell were left running most programmes due to bad weather precluding crew & supplies arriving - Summer of 1977 I think.
Really Enjoying Nick Richards (Nigel Tibbles) contributions to the Spirit progs & of course, him popping up on Chris Pearson's show on Tuesday.

I'm sure Marc could come out with a few dodgy memories - though I think they also have technical problems with the links to Marc & Tom, which was probably a factor.
