To be even handed it seems that Mr Kenning has a downer on Paul R, who says ( or so I think ) that he always advised against the balloon idea rather than that he advised/devised and promoted it.
I recall another cutting remark not from Kenning but maybe from another Laser person that as a transmitter engineer Paul made a good publican. A cruel observation but then maybe not so good as I see that his pub burned down.
An observation that I must make is that discussion of matters surrounding Isle of Man Broadcasting was the most popular thread on here by far.
But after I suggested that the person who was trying to enthuse Ronan was not as suggested a strange person, impostor or fantasist but was Paul R himself, the thread stopped.
Then there is of course the Nannell Project.

The common thread maybe is that one project failed and the other two never even started. I do not know who, but probably some wise person stated that the definition of insanity is to keep repeating the same failed action in the hope that one day it will succeed.

Someone else told me that the best indicator of future behaviour is previous behaviour.
