That is a list of licence registations. Some of those have not yet come on air, are now not broadcasting sometimes because of energy costs increasing, or only broadcast at certain times.

The British DX Club Europe on MW list available as a free pdf and regularly updated under the Netherlands shows which stations on that list are broadcasting and when. Netherland list is on pages 14, 15 and 16.
