Of people from countries around the world who would chuckle about your jingoism. And, statistically, the US doesn't rank best in standard of living, well-being, health care insurance, infant mortality, life expectancy, quality of life, height, fitness, art, cuisine, or tradition.

Consider this. If your definition of "greatest" is to be taken seriously, you would think every Norwegian, Italian, Dane, Swede, French, British, Croation, et al, would be trying to get here. They are not.

Hey, I am an American, born and bred. But I have been to many places around the world, repeatedly. I have some perspective on the matter.

I am patriotic, but not blind to reality. Being number one in some things does not necessarily mean "greatest."
