Drones from an adversarial or enemy country could be used to distribute deadly bioweapons.

This seems like an obvious use for drones. Imagine a virus more contagious and more fatal than COVID, sprayed out of a fleet of enemy drones.

This is pure speculation, but it is something to consider when permitting unknown drones to fly over densely populated areas.
