M. Torre & Company of San Leandro, CA seems to have applied the plastic shrink wrap without putting a cap on the left-hand bottle. (The right-hand bottle is an example from the same pack of four bottles that was capped properly.)

The bottle leaked sticky sugar water all over my Amazon shipment. Even the outside of the carton was wet and sticky.

One can only hope that M. Torre & Company is more careful about producing this product than they appear to have been when packaging it.

In my kitchen I sweeten with liquid stevia and a small amount of cane sugar.
