My fake twat is not really functional. Aside from a few Frankenstein scars it looks pretty real. But I can't get a nut, and it lacks that feminine odor. So I insert used tampons that I find in the garbage. That, and a small piece of halibut and I smell just like a real woman. At least I think I do. Izzy Weird
