We are headed for bankruptcy. If we don't get spending under control we face a recession or even a depression. The huge national debt and the increasing level of debt is UNSUSTAINABLE.

We cannot increase taxes on the rich. The upper 20% already pays the vast majority of the income taxes. Tax increases often result in LOWER tax revenue. Many fail to understand this economic principal of higher tax rates that lower tax revenue.
