Could Iran make a nuclear bomb without further enrichment of the 60% material they now have?

Iran could actually make a nuclear bomb with the 60% enriched uranium they now have and without further enrichment. But it requires more uranium, a more difficult design, and the yield would be less. Did Trump's original attack on the nuclear sites miss some of the centrifuges? If so, Iran is probably enriching the 60% stuff as we speak.
Could 60% enriched uranium still be used to make a bomb, if the quantity is increased enough to create a critical mass?
