The idea is that, before making a speech, the politician (or would-be politician), he takes the usual "truth, whole truth, nothing but the truth" oath.

Any written campaign literature must be NOTARIZED.

Same with videos, etc, etc.

If a pol refuses to do the above, he is disqualified from holding office.
